Since you aren’t limited to just using the app on a single desktop computer, having access to the web client also helps to make it truly one of the best Twitter clients available today. As an app based on TweetDeck, you still get the entire suite of features from that app too, including scheduling tweets, multiple account logins, and much more. It’s truly the most creative client online today.

The company does note that Tweetbot will hit the Mac with a price tag in the near future though.It doesn’t matter whether you’re running Windows, Mac, or even ChromeOS-the best Twitter app today is Tweeten, and it’s available on any platform. Having launched in beta in early July, the application will no longer be out for beta testing. If that user then decides to leave Tweetbot for whatever reason, the third party developers will never regain that token unless the user personally revokes it from Twitter. This can especially be a problem for Tapbots because if a user downloads Tweetbot and logs in, one token vanishes.
